WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
MYHOWZER was founded by Michael Lewis (Mike), Managing Director and a qualified plumber and gas engineer.

Mike began his career in plumbing and heating before co-founding and growing a successful business in Ascot, Berkshire. Built from the ground up, the company quickly developed a reputation for delivering high-end plumbing, heating, and luxury bathroom installations for an exclusive client base, including properties valued from £1 million to £150 million.
​
Work was carried out in some of the UK’s most prestigious locations, including Ascot, Wentworth, Knightsbridge, and St John’s Wood, where attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion were essential.
​
In late 2018, Mike made the decision to return closer to family, relocating from London to Swansea, where MYHOWZER was incorporated.
​
Alongside continuing private client work, Mike applied his wider construction experience to property development, purchasing, renovating, and reselling five residential properties. This hands-on development work strengthened MYHOWZER’s practical knowledge of building systems, refurbishment planning, and delivering high-quality homes for both families and tenants.

This period firmly positioned MYHOWZER not just as a contractor, but as a business with a developer’s understanding of quality, longevity, and value.

WHO WE ARE NOW
Following the COVID-19 period and the birth of his daughter, Hattie, Mike relocated with his partner Rosie to the Midlands, recognising the region’s rapidly growing property and development market.
